The following terms explain how course enquiries, online practice and learning data are handled.
We collect only information needed for course consultation and mock reports, such as target tests, contact details, practice results and learning progress.
Signed-in learning page, question, answer and report views support learning follow-up and administration. URL queries, form values and passwords are not recorded. Views do not measure mastery or study time.
Student practice data is used for course analysis and training arrangements, and is not sold to third parties.
Mock and course data is visible only to advisers, tutors and technical maintainers where required for the service.
Students or guardians may request access, correction, export or deletion of account and practice records.
SMS, email, cloud hosting and data-storage providers process data only where required to deliver the relevant service.
